In common with many holiday lets in Tiree we find it is very challenging to get cleaners or laundry for rental changeovers.

We are therefore ask guests to bring their own Bed Linen and towels. .

It is a condition of rental that you clean the cottage on departure (we provide everything needed as cleaning materials),leaving the cottage as you would like to find it.

This has worked very well in previous seasons with no issues for incoming guests. Our prices reflect that commitment.

We ask for a returnable cleaning deposit of £50 which we will send back immediately assuming no issues are identified and the cottage is ready for incoming guests.
